The second IMC-2008 was organized in Bahria University auditorium in Karachi Campus. The conference was inaugurated by Admiral Muhammad Afzal Tahir NI(M) CNS and the Chief Guest was the President of the International Ocean Institute (IOI). The Chief Guest for the closing session was Mr.Mirza Shujat Baig, Minister of Education, Sindh.
