The fourth International Maritime Conference (IMC-2011) was organized by NCMPR in Bahria University auditorium, Karachi Campus on 8 and 9 March, 2011. Eminent Scholars from Pakistan and others countries were invited. Eleven speakers (2 from Canada, 1 from USA, 2 from UK, 2 from China and 4 from Pakistan) read their papers. Mr.Muhammad Saleem Khan, Secretary Ports & Shipping inaugurated the conference. The Chief Guest for the closing session was Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Noman Bashir NI (M).
